Mount Pleasant, the leading veterinary group in Singapore, owns and manages Mount Pleasant After Hours Emergency and Night Clinic that has been providing animal pets emergency veterinary care for over twenty years now.
The clinic follows a triage policy – assessment based on urgency – for all animal pets. Hence, if a pet arrives at the clinic in a very critical condition, it is given medical attention immediately. Other pets, on the other hand, that are assessed to be in a more stable condition are seen by the veterinarian in the order of their arrival at the clinic.
The clinic provides veterinary care specifically to its Mount Pleasant Group clients. However, pets brought in from other veterinary clinics are never said no to. All such emergency cases are given initial supportive medical care to stabilize the condition of the animal. Once this is done, the pet is referred back to its original veterinary clinic for the continuation of its treatment or hospitalization.
