Although, each and every patient is valuable to us, we follow certain protocols in our emergency center so that we can cater to all patients, depending upon their need. We triage every pet on arrival and determine its needs. Depending upon the seriousness of the situation, we cater to those pets, which require immediate treatment. Pets that are assessed as being stable are checked according to arrival time.
We try to keep the waiting time to a bare minimum but cannot promise the same because more critical patients might need emergency services. Although we prioritize our regular customers, critical cases brought in by other clinics will be tended to as well till patients are stabilized. Thus, it is always better to call us and inform us of the emergency on the way so that we are fully prepared to deal with the same.

For emergency cases, we have the technological back support needed for quick analyses and results. With high- tech lab equipment, we can carry out tests and determine results immediately. We also have equipment for ultrasound etc. in case the patient needs it. In case of proper hospitalization, we have facilities to provide continuous oxygen, nebulization, heated incubators, infusion pumps etc. We are adept at handling common emergency cases like accidents, fractures, chocking, poisoning, bleeding, shock, seizures, vomiting and diarrhea, heat strokes, fainting etc.
